I found the hotel to have heated and clean linen which was perfect for enjoying the winter nights. The spacious and clean rooms offered a comfortable bed, exceeding my expectations for the price paid. However, I was disappointed that the rooms didn't have a fridge, microwave, plates, or spoons to use when bringing my own food.

The hotel is conveniently located in Mafikeng, allowing easy access to nearby malls and restaurants. The rooms were a good value for money, but some amenities like a bar fridge were missing. The service from the security team, receptionists, and housekeeping was incredibly polite and helpful. However, the experience was slightly marred by the inconvenience of not having a toilet brush in the room.
